Stable ids and versions
Operation ids do not change within 1.x. Each operation has a stable page: ops/<id>.html. Every tool lists the version that added it. This site is versioned: https://docs.agentdb.link/1.0.0-rc.13/ stays as it is; https://docs.agentdb.link/latest/ follows the newest release.
